Natural Abundance is the trade name for the products used in conjunction with Natural Health Solutions, my naturopathic practice. At NHS I guide and teach clients about naturopathic health and lifestyle changes by developing the right diet, nutritional approaches, proper attitudes toward health and welness, and a positive outlook on life. Basically, I offer information and/or counsel others on how to attain more optimum health through naturopathic principles of living and being.

ABOUT Natural Health Solutions

Natural Health Solutions is located at 431 Burmont Road in Drexel Hill, PA, Delaware County, just outside the western Philadelphia line adjacent to Upper Darby. The center (now listed as Alliance Health Care for Mind, Body & Spirit), has a cohesive group of health practitioners offering specialties in naturopathy, homeopathy, iridology, colon hydrotherapy, energy medicine, body work, and psychological/psychiatric counseling.
